Step-by-Step Instructions

1. Open the Booking Admin URL above in your browser (desktop or phone).
2. Scroll to the very bottom of the booking page and click 🔒 Coach Admin.
3. Enter the password #November302013 when prompted.
4. The admin panel opens with these controls:
   • Announcement Banner — type a site-wide message, toggle on, hit Save. Gold bar appears at top of every page instantly.
   • + Add New Session — create one-off sessions (camps, clinics, make-up dates). Pick type, date, time, location, spots.
   • Filter tabs — All / Group Training / Custom Sessions.
5. For each upcoming session, you'll see a card showing:
   • Student Roster — every athlete who registered, with phone, age, and email.
   • Present checkbox — one click to mark attendance.
   • Move dropdown — reassign an athlete to a different session.
   • Delete × button — remove an athlete from the session.
   • + Add Student — manually add a walk-in with name, phone, email, age.
   • Delete Session — cancel the entire session (removes all registered athletes).
6. All changes save automatically — no submit button. Refresh to see latest state on any device.
7. To log out: close the browser tab. Admin re-locks the next visit.
